Set on the shores of Old Greenwich, Connecticut, this modern take on a Tudor Revival underwent a complete rebuild for structural, electrical, and age-related improvements.

Our team—together with architects from Thompson/Raissis—drastically transformed both living space and landscape inside of a year.

Meeting coastal living with Old English charm, we reworked every aspect from the ground up: from half-timbered paneling and Tudor archways to intricate bannisters and whitewashed brick. The result is a remodel that will endure for generations.

For the interior of this Old Greenwich rebuild, we moved from weathered brick to herringbone floors—enhancing every detail with custom millwork.

Modern and classic meet as views through oversized windows give way to wainscoted wall treatments, built-in seating, and custom cabinetry.

Each room shows a sophisticated attention to detail to create a living space that exudes character—and one we’re proud to have had a hand in.

Each of the spaces we craft reveal a sophisticated attention to detail to create the most refined interior and exterior environmental spaces.

Each area of our construction receives the same attention to detail to create indoor and outdoor living spaces that exude character—and refined time period styling.
